I am the principal of Aranguez Government Secondary School in Trinidad & Tobago. I am interested in having my staff trained to utilize data to create school-wide improvement. Thirty percent of the students are from the lower thirty percentile of the Secondary Entrance Assessment Examination (SEA) and have problems with literacy and innumeracy.
Our Educational programme exposes the students to Mathematics, English, Spanish, Social Studies, General Science, Agricultural Science, Home Economics, Industrial Arts, Physical Education, and Visual & Performing Arts. There is a vibrant Reading and Mathematics remedial programme for those who need it most.
I am searching for a service provider who would train the school’s management team and the whole faculty in a process that would allow us to achieve our goal of 50% increased proficiency for all students in the first year, and at least 50% of the students achieving full certificates at the two National examinations in 2008 and 2010.
